Reviews

Here are some reviews:

I love the chat tools; they allow team members to link outside of email exchanges, which is awesome. It will be great if we could link it to our company’s software without entering contact information manually.

Simmone D.

Business Development Specialist

I love how I could tag coworkers on emails rather than forwarding them to them. However, I wish threads were more customizable.

Data Migration Manager

I loved the previous price of this software before it was increased. Hence, I don’t like how customers were not informed before the price increase.

Pros and Cons

  • Pros

How could we access this software to view conversions between our customers and our sales reps?

It is the best shared inbox tool on the market. It comes with great features and makes it easy to solve all of our issues.

This software has good features. And it helps teams work together for sales and support.

I love how we could reach out to both internal and external teams without having to send a lot of emails.

  • Cons

It can be a bit hard to discern orders and subscriptions due to the same color line and the top-down feature.

RELATED:  Price of Virtuagym: Login, Support, Review

I miss dragging an email into a folder and having it pop back into my inbox when there is a response from a customer. Hence, this software has to tag, but I still miss using folders.

The delay in sending many emails can be annoying. Hence, due to the nature of our work, we tend to copy and paste the text of the sent email into our other systems.
