Upsides
We enjoy the ability to share documents within the office without having to email them.
Collaborating with many people is easier and more useful. Furthermore, collaborating with many people allows for the identification and resolution of numerous great features.
It’s nice having everything in one place and starting every day in a hub. Hence, what I like most about this software is that it has everything a business needs.
Downsides
It can be frustrating when some features in MS Suite are not available in G Suite.
Recently, I’ve been getting emails with errors from this software. I’ve reached out to customer support, and they have no good reason for these error emails.
We have had problems with Windows 10 compatibility.
